Purpose
AI Image Styles helps users transform source images with curated AI image style templates. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what content and behavior are not allowed when using uploads, prompts, image generation, credits, payments, account features, or APIs.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload, request, generate, store, share, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful. This includes content involving sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material, hateful or harassing material, credible threats, self-harm encouragement, instructions for wrongdoing, malware, fraud, or attempts to evade law enforcement.
Rights and Consent
Only upload images that you have the right to use. Do not upload private, copyrighted, branded, biometric, or identity-sensitive material in a way that violates another person or organization's rights. You are responsible for getting consent where consent is required.
AI Image Generation
Do not use AI Image Styles to impersonate people, mislead viewers, create deceptive endorsements, abuse public figures, generate non-consensual intimate imagery, or create outputs intended to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, employment, financial, medical, legal, or platform rules.
System Abuse
You may not bypass moderation, rate limits, credit checks, payment checks, account controls, storage limits, or provider restrictions. You may not scrape, overload, resell, reverse engineer, or interfere with AI Image Styles except where allowed by law.
Enforcement
We may block a generation, remove content, reverse credits, limit account access, suspend accounts, or report activity when we believe this policy, our Terms of Service, provider requirements, or law may be violated.
