Overview
AI Image Styles sells digital credits and subscriptions for image-to-image generation. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be considered, how failed generations are handled, and how to contact us about billing issues.
This policy applies to purchases made through AI Image Styles. Payment providers, card networks, banks, and local law may apply additional requirements or timelines.
Credit Packs
One-time credit packs are normally final once credits are delivered to your account. Purchased credit packs are valid for the period shown at checkout, currently 365 days unless another period is displayed.
We may review a refund request for a one-time credit pack when:
- You were charged more than once for the same intended purchase.
- You did not receive the credits after a completed payment.
- An unauthorized payment was made through your account or payment method.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
If a refund is approved, unused credits from the refunded purchase may be removed from your account. If some credits have already been used, the refundable amount may be reduced or denied.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans grant credits for each billing period. You can cancel a subscription from your billing settings when billing management is available for your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period unless the product page or checkout screen states otherwise. Refunds for subscriptions are reviewed case by case, including duplicate charges, technical non-delivery, unauthorized payments, or situations where a refund is required by law.
Failed Generations
Paid failed generations return consumed credits when our system marks the generation as failed under the product rules. This credit return is handled inside your account and is not the same as a cash refund.
AI output can vary. A result that is stylistically different from your expectation, less detailed than expected, or not suitable for a specific project is not automatically treated as a failed generation. If you believe credits were consumed incorrectly, contact us with the task details.
Non-Refundable Cases
We generally do not provide refunds for:
- Credits that have already been used for completed generations.
- Normal AI output variation or creative dissatisfaction.
- Failure to use credits before their stated expiration.
- Account restriction, suspension, or termination caused by violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Requests without enough information to identify the payment or account.
How to Request a Refund Review
Contact support@aiimagestyles.com and include:
- Your AI Image Styles account email.
- The order, invoice, receipt, or checkout reference if available.
- The product or plan purchased.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Any relevant generation task IDs or screenshots for failed-generation issues.
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering a billing issue. We may request more information to protect accounts, prevent fraud, and verify the payment.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider, card network, bank, and region. AI Image Styles does not control those external processing timelines.
If a payment is refunded, related credits, subscription access, or account benefits may be reversed. Abuse of payments, refunds, chargebacks, credits, or generation systems may lead to account limits or suspension.
